Brian Bennett - Voyage, originally from 1978, this however is the reissue from 2022 on dark blue translucent vinyl at 33rpm. Really good pressing and an excellent sound quality. Highly recommended !
On the Ascona with the Analog Relax cartridge, it’s time to see how well it performs with unimaginable low deep bass. So right now☝:
Trentemøller - The Last Resort, from 2006 on black vinyl at 33rpm.
I must say the Analog Relax EX-500 MC cartridge performs with brave and ease, going deep like an underground subway. It sounds very big and impressive. Yet at the same time, very realistic and relaxed. Enjoy !
I freakin' LOVE this lady. She's got great songs and her recordings sound wonderful. She's the only one who can sing about feeling like a plant and get away with it, with ease.
Jimmy Page & Black Crowes: Live At The Greek Box Set 6lp
As far as I understand it, Jimmy Page has been trying to get a Led Zeppelin reunion for the last 18 years - without success. "The band members don't agree" is the official explanation.
A few years ago there were even rumours of a Coverdale/Page world tour. Then the pandemic hit and the project was cancelled.
Now Jimmy Page's "multible projects" means not only Gibson guitars but also a 25th anniversary release with Black Crowes. Live At The Greek Box Set is not expensive and there's also something Zeppelin rarely or never did: Live versions of "Custard Pie", "Hots On For Nowhere" and "Out On The Tiles". It's something, at least the least you can hope for.
The release date of the box has been postponed several times and the price has increased. Now it seems that the box is already sold out in some places. If you can still find it somewhere and want it, don't think twice.
