Munich is a great city for food. After the show, we can drive thru France and Italy and eat our way through those two countries..... Hifi? What Hifi?

Haven't been to München since mid-1990s. I do remember eating the first sauerkraut there that I liked!

Would be nice to go. Have to renew my passport though. If you are going for sure, it would entice me to go there more.

First course: duck liver mousse, passion fruit and cucumber



Second course of White Asparagus Soup with a herb quiche



Third course: Salmon with carrot spring roll, mango chutney and avocado cream



When they set a Laguiole knife down, expectations for the next dish just went up.



Fourth course: Veal with spinach ravioli, white Asparagus and balsamic reduction with rhubarb chutney

Dessert: chocolate cake filled with milk and vanilla cream, strawberry sorbet and fresh strawberries.
