Hello Gian,
Congrats!

Is your rack the new improved model with some new tech such as carbon fiber in it?

Pls let us know more about it and how good its sonic improvement to the system is.
Many thanks!

Nice one Gian!

Great choice Gian!
I Remember a side-to-side comparison in the showroom of the past Italian importer here in Torino. that was almost 10-12 years ago. We moved a Vitus CD player along with its preamp sl101 from a simply Pagode model rack to a Pagode Master Reference. The Power amp (also Vitus Ss-101) remained in a separate Master Reference floor shelf for Power Amps. Speakers were at this time my Kharma Ce2.3.
I was skeptikal sigh my great surprise the difference was subtle buy clearly audible. The system does not sound the same. On Master Reference rack the sound was not only slightly cleaner, also there was a better definition in the spectrum, performers were easier to identify.
It was not "night and day", neverthless easy to hear by an Expert listener.
I'm a poor guy so I finally ended to buy the cheaper model of Finite Elemente production (called "spider") an interesting simplex solution unfortunatly discontinued in the new catalogues where more priced models are dominant.
So I'll wait to see you in early November!
Marco

Thanks,
i am happy to listen this.
If there was difference between two very good rack of same brand,i cannot image the difference with mine that are 30 years old and very very bad, price was also like 300 euro now
This new series MK II seems improved a lot.
I am very curious now.

System setup today.
I am listening now after 2 months i don't listen this system.

What i listen immediately sound is more clean, more refined, voice more natural and sound more free and little more dynamic and better scene and depth
Not dramatic improvement for their cost, but little better in everything.

Sound of this rack seems neutral, and clean from bass to high
For now i am happy

Gian I'm a little bit proud and happy that you confirmed my sensations.
see you soon!

Great! I will be asking for a quote for an appropriate Finite Elemente now.

Or you could Daiza your whole system for a lot less I expect.

It looks fine but is not quite well. When I tried SRA Ohio XL2+ on my amps, the difference was bigger than I expected. So I believe there is room for improvement there.

The rack is expensive,8.950 euro while the base for amp at 1.750 euro price list seems ok and also is really well done and light

Then i don't know if is better or worse than sra

The one I am looking at is different than yours. The Pagode Edition Baureihe 750 HD06. So I wonder what price they would quote for me. It is also little wider (860mm width) but is lower (600mm height) than yours, so a different configuration as well. It will take less space than my current rack and still have all the same equipment on it. I do not want to go higher or wider than what I already have. It would block the moss garden and is also not good acoustically as far as I can hear. Having all the equipment within less space and with a better rack is attractive for me.

ps. I actually wanted to move the whole rack to my side, but necessary cabling etc. creates more problems and is not cost effective as I need more cables etc.
