Lol guys

That makes me feel pretty good having the same motor.

Tang :)

Just throw your AS and Vyger tts in the skip right now.
Me and Ked will gladly help you all get rid.

so when people bemoan the price of digital, let's use this as the primary example of how analog has gone batsh$% crazy. I'm sure the mandatory 25k cartridge is next and of course you need a 50k tonearm.

what happened to my partner in pricing pal, FrantzM?

He probably retired with a DeqX used as source, crossed over to Rels on a Maggie

390K euro is a nice round number. It was going to be 3.9M euro, then they thought better of it.

I miss FranzM. Wow, that is expensive. Like with David Wilson's new WAMM speakers, this may be the pinnacle achievement of the man's career, and as such represents everything that he has learned. Are there any photos or details about the design? Spirit may be offering a prize for whomever dares to directly compare the Zero to the AS2000 and pronounce a favorite.

Analog has gone off the deep end, but these prices do get people's attention.

Yeah I have my issue with pricing aswell. I have also heard great systems for a lot less.
If I had crazy amounts of money I would spend it on 500k components.

(...) what happened to my partner in pricing pal, FrantzM?

I really miss him. FrantzM hated high prices, but appreciated the exquisite sound quality of some high priced gear. He also loved posting on mains power quality. We disagreed a lot, but debating with him was a pleasure.

"ONLY" $444,343.18 US Dollars. Better act soon .... at that low, low price they will be flying off the showroom shelves.

Will they mind if you're 18 Cents short?

On the other hand, potential buyers will likely gonna get 50% off accommodation price, so it'll be roughly in the same ball park, as AS 2000 (I don't think one can get any discount on that).
And, when we talking $150-200 K range, who's counting at that point anyway???
