More questions I receive than any other is "How does the Aries Cerat Kassandra compare to ____ or ____? " Not too far behind this question is "how does Aries Cerat components scale mainly in the Kassandra Mk2 DAC"?

I happened to have a comparison demo arranged over the weekend that allowed me to do a back to back video of the Kassandra Ref and the Kassandra LE. Both videos were uploaded by Mono and Stereo to their YouTube channel. The new Pink Faun Ultra was used as the source with the Impera II LE and Achilleas Monoblocks all cabled with Vermouth Audio. You will see volume level 11 for both comparisons.

Of course this comparison is not going to be the definitive standard of these two components and how they sound through the highly compressed YouTube format, but it does a fair enough job. Like most of the videos I record for consumption, it will give you at least a glimpse of performance you can expect and a frame of reference against other components that you may be evaluating.

Most of the Aries Cerat distribution has experienced this comparison multiples of times so if you want to know more you can always contact your countries distribution or the manufacturer directly.

Cheers

Unless published somewhere else… there are a number of YouTubes featuring the Kassandra II Reference and and A few showing the Kassandra II LE as sported in Billy’s home system with Vids from our own @BelieveHiFidelity and also linked by Mono and Stereo
however I personally have not seen any audio Vid of a Kassandra II Signature in the wild .

I got Aries Cerat Kassandra II ref and Incito S today. First listen: Unreal, zen like. Wow. Remarkable achievement from Aries Cerat. I can only imagine how Kassandra signature with Impera II reference can sound.

Hi RaChiK - can I bother you for a dimension? For the Kassandra II Ref, am looking to know the distance from the *front* of the front feet to *rear* of the rear feet. My HRS platform is 19 inches / 483 mm front to back and I’d like to know if the DAC will fit. Some chassis overhang at the rear is not a problem. Thanks!

I am out on vacation and be back next month, so I can’t actually tell exact measurements. But if it helps, I have kept the kassandra ii ref on a 19x24 (d x w) platform and there is less than quarter inch of more shelf space front and back. So, yes, the front to back 19 inch platform is good.
