Not had a chance to listen to my 20.1 running active via Atma-shere MA-1 OTL for a few weeks due to time away etc. No crossovers and no transformers.
These still blow my socks off. Dynamics, bass, transparency, holographic soundstage, perfect piano reproduction and obviously a midrange like melting butter.
I can't imagine anything sounding better for less than the price of a new 3 series.
