I sold my two-week old preamp a year ago. Now, the touch controls are acting up and the system has to be rebooted(the remote has the same problem). The pdf(not Pictor)states nothing.

Had anyone encountered this problem?

Would check to make sure the Control lead on the Pictor is secured. Also, reset the unit to default settings.
