My system as of April 2012
Amplifiers: 1)ARC D70 Mk 2 with rolled in SED 6550 winged C's, NOS GE 6FQ7's and 6922 JJ's. 2) Jeff Rowland Model 8 with choke and top plate mod.
Preamp: CAT SL1 Signature with rolled in tubes....1963 GE 12AX7 Long plates and Russian 6922 Rocket tubes, Michael Percy Vishay S102 750 Ohm plugs
Turntable: Linn LP12 Valhalla modded with Black springs and 2011 low mat. Black Cat risers.
Arm: WTA Black arm wired with Van Den Hul Crystal Phono cable
Cartridge: Benz Ruby 2...medium output
Speakers:Sonus Faber Guarneri Hommage Anno 2004
Racks: Zoethecus amp stand with Z bars, Sound Anchor Special system stand, Target Amp stand, Townsend Seismic Sink under LP12. Green Dragon isolation base.
Digital: Philips CD80 modded for transport use only. EAD 7000Mk3 DAC with HDCD decoder and invert phase switching
Power Supply: TG audio strip
Speaker Cables: Nordost Frey Bi-wire speaker cables, 700LS with RF suppression \ Nordost Red Dawn V2 Bi-wire.
Interconnects: Highwire 700P phono cable and 700 Lsa.1 interconnect, Harmonic Tech Cyber Platinum Digital cable, Cardas Hex Golden 5C.
REL T5 Subwoofer
Headphone: Sennheiser 600's and Musical Fidelity XCan V3, Cardas Sennheiser cable
Power cables: IVAC 18Kt Gold digital cable, PS Audio power cords, --Supra Lorad 2.5 with Wattgate 20 amp ice and plug.

Hi Davey,

I think we've communicated on AGon before. Nice pics and nice system. Guarneris are really special speakers that belong in my personal panethon. They stand out in my memory amongst 20 years of speaker listening. Enjoy!!!

Hi Fernando, I am not bi-amping. I use two amps ( BUT not at the same time:)). The ARC for the tube benefits and the Rowland for the ss benefits. :cool:

Many friends concur that the best is to have two systems at home, one tubed based and the other SS... You are close to get there! Enjoy....
