I read about it earlier today and thought it was funny. I was surprised when Hooters airline didn't take off (pun intended?).
 
20 million Vietnamese Dong. I thought it was a real huge fine but the conversion was a modest US$960. Charge that to world advertising expense. :D

We had a local Philippine airline that had their stewardesses (in decent T-shirts) dance while demonstrating safety features to passengers. It made the news in the country and of course, good publicity for the airline. But I think there was some violation too incurred.
