For what it's Worth-Tesla

EV belgium / Tesla has organized a track day at Zolder .
Saturday i ll be test driving the Model S LR ( i hope they have the Plaid track version as well .)
MB EQS 450 + and BMW I4 40
Suprise cars are Lotus Eletre and a couple of Porsche EV s but they depend on availability
If it’s a real track day (with, you know, turns) be careful with the Tesla’s brakes. Given the power and weight of the car, that’s an accident waiting to happen. (pun intended)

Well then hopefully you get the Plaid. Let us know how it goes.

No plaid yet only standard model S .
May be later

I test drove around 10 different models

Strange that they would display a brand new vehicle (or one that appears to be brand new) that has a driver's side running light out on the front.

The Lotus rep said all famous circuits of the world are stored , autonomous driving is ready to go
it just needs to be unlocked by authorities
Then you can take your car to COTA circuit for example if the car has done one autonomus lap to get familiar with track conditions , wet / temp etc , it can then instantly make a fastest lap itself .
All AI controlled .

Also for holidays just type in the hotel you want to go ( the phone app ) , at what time and the car will be waiting in the street in front of your house ready to go .

Im sure Tesla has similar or even better.

Best drive today BMW I4 and Tesla Model S , i couldn t get the plaid it was fully booked

Looking to get my *first* pickup to haul stuff from my storage unit to home and vice versa. Is the Cybertruck a good fit? We downsized over the pandemic to one car, a Model S, which is great for trips, but its storage capacity is a bit limited. Hate to get a Ford F-150, like all my neighbors!
Many of them have even larger pickups. The scariest one I saw was a Ford F-850 or something like that. Its wheels were taller than me, I would say. It was larger than the guy's garage or driveway, so he parked it on a side street. I would take visitors from Europe there to show them how crazy Americans can be with their cars!

Some folks need it for hauling/business....

in Germany will not be approved because of no pedestrian impact protection.
EU law will certainly be difficult to retrofit with that body shape.;)

The car on track in belgium was a US import people couldnt test it out
In belgium.there are also regulation issues afaik .

Putting a extra bumper on wont be that difficult i assume though
