High-capacity Juicer

My wife and I have been using the Super Angel 5500 everyday for about a week and absolutely love it. Precision made. If it were a watch, it would be a Rolex. If it were an audio component, it would be Jeff Rowland. The juice yields are excellent and the pulp is very dry. The product taste is the best we have had. It is a little slower than a centrifugal machine like the Breville and probably takes just a little longer to clean. If you are going to be juicing leafy greens and wheatgrass, I do not think you can buy a better product. I ordered a second machine for sister in Seattle.

Is it better to get the kind that extracts the juice and separates it from the pulp, or the kind that blends it all together?

I would think it would be healthier to retain the pulp for its fiber and would be simpler.

But, is that just a glorified blender?

I watched a Vita-Mix demo at Costco.

They had two models.

Looked like a pretty good one -- anyone have experience with the Vita Mix juicers sold at Costco?

Husk, one more ping for feedback before putting the Angel on my birthday list. Are you still happy with it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

I don't hink Vitamix makes juicer , only a blender ... Juicers are quite different from blenders .. Two very different appliances
