I wonder if they are easily wall-mounted.

I saw the IKEA Mittzon screens used at the Taipei High End Audio show from a few weeks ago. Its acoustic absorption data is shown on the screenshot below. For around US$200 each, I think it's an exceptional bargain for an "audiophile" tweak which tames undesirable reverberation but must be placed selectively and used sparingly, as there's potential for it to soak up proportionately too much higher frequencies relative to the lower mids and bass.
