I´ve tried several modded A80 reproboards,including tapping signal after eq at R47 and running custom tubed buffer, but theese are by far the best sounding; quieter, better resolution and more relaxing......particularly in SE direct out mode

Thank you for your reply! Have you tried the direct output connection with an external head preamp? I am sure you know Sepea makes the daughter boards with connectors, perhaps someone else does too. I need to look what that R47 is, from your description it sounds pretty clear though.

More like UNDERbiased. The highs aren't what they used to be - and for the lows??? - AARRRGGHH
