Hi Everyone,

I recently had a great conversation with Dave Weintraub, the U.S. Brand Manager for Pink Faun, and he shared some exciting news—something truly special is on the horizon for MSB DAC owners.

Pink Faun is set to introduce a groundbreaking new ISL interface that connects via the MSB ProISL Interface. This will be available on the Pink Faun Ultra and Dual Ultra models. Even more exciting, this new interface will also be compatible with all MSB DAC models, as long as they have the ProISL Interface.

This innovation has been nearly three years in development, with Pink Faun and MSB working together to perfect it. Unlike conventional digital connections, this ISL interface will feature a pure digital signal path with no USB conversion, ensuring the cleanest, most transparent audio transmission possible. Half of the ISL board will be manufactured by MSB, while the other half will come from Pink Faun. This is truly a joint collaboration between the two brands.

According to Dave, the estimated launch timeframe is mid-summer 2025.

At Choice Audio, we’re thrilled to be carrying Pink Faun and can’t wait to get our hands on our new Ultra Demo unit to experience this cutting-edge technology firsthand.

Check out the short clip below of Jord Groen from Pink Faun explaining this new interface to Dave Weintraub last week at the Florida Audio Expo.

Results of this collaboration between Pink Faun and MSB at the Florida International Audio Expo were compelling. Kudos to both parties for making this happen.

@JamesD
Thank you, can we listen to it at High End Munich in May?

Great news, thanks for sharing.

Do you know if the new output module (or a similar one) will be implemented also for the upcoming Scion server?
