Congrats!! Also moved from just 60 miles west of Phoenix (same weather) to central Oklahoma and lucked into a larger living room to put gear into. If like me, you'll enjoy seasons. Also the yard tractor is a must - we ended up with 10 acres of lawn so a day a week is yard day - but we enjoy it and you will too.

Congrats ,Beautiful home.
I moved East of Phoenix about 4 years ago. Went from a 12X21 room to something at least twice that size.
What I found is that I had to replace everything except my source.
I guess stuff that sounded very good on the East Coast doesn't sound the same in the South West.Maybe its the Accent.
Fortunately I found an excellent stereo shop to work with and now have the sound I always searched for.
Also found some friendly fellow enthusiasts and we get together (Prior to Crorona) weekly.
Best of luck in your new home and I hope everything works as you planed
