My Pachanko Server is here. A bargain at 16k Euros?!

You have a very nice set-up!

Am I interpreting this photo correctly? You have seven (7) different boxes just to stream?
I think TMY is going to increase his box count by two (2) soon (Diretta and LPS for Diretta).....
All of us in the digital looneybin have multiple boxes...The more boxes the larger the ego...not anything else though...
INCLUDING MYSELF HERE GUYS!!!!(still small ego though....only 6 boxes for digital source)
 Then you wake up one day and wish they were all one box......NAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

On 8 & 9th October there was the Dutch audio show in Veldhoven. Piet de Vries from www.audiotweaks.nl was demonstrating with also the Masterpiece from Pachanko. He is the Dutch importer of Pachanko. I helped Piet at the show. The listeners were deeply impressed about the Masterpiece. There appearance and sound! The combination of Pachanko and the SPEC DAC and BRIDGE sounds superb!
Did the Thrax demo sound as good as I hear it to be?????????????????????????
OK you guys are bang on on sweet spot...but still....

Hello!
A very interesting experience to make Sforzato friends with Pachanko Servers!
As you can see from the specifications of Mini (like all Pachanko servers), they are built on OS Windows 10 and use the Diretta protocol.
This is a very true, progressive and musical solution.
Sforzato is one of the few players that supports Diretta.
This should sound great!
Sure sounds promising... :)

Mine shipped this Tuesday, arrived on Thursday, set-up on Friday.

PACHANKO_SFZ_IMG.jpg

Pachanko Constellation Mini w/ Stellar LPS and Diretta into Sforzato DSP-030EX.

HES 2022 in Greece with Chameleon Audio.
A fantastic sounding system. Had opportunity to have a "late" session. Great work from Chameleon Audio setting this up.
The Revival Audio speakers have a very deep and lush sound and the Pachanko Reference injects that micro detail that elevates the experience to supreme.

Here's the deal though. The Fyne Audio speakers and the Revival Audio speakers are, in my mind, complete opposites (and amps boosted that difference).
The sound I heard, despite being a video kindly uploaded by Tannoysuperprestige** from the Dutch event, was so different to the Revival Audio sound. Still...both sounded SOOO good. I would have a problem choosing.

Solution: Guess one has to buy both Revival and Fyne speakers to pair with Constellation????$$$$$

LOL+LOL:D:D:D

I know for a fact that PachAnko Labs is an acronym.......
But if you really wanna know what gives, speak to Chan, I think he can direct you over to your closest Constellation so that you get acquainted!!!
You will be speaking Japanese BUT also Korean (as there is also a well known Korean Pachinko TV series....) after your first meeting.
It happened to me. I swear......
Oh...and I forgot Diretta which is actually from Japan!!!...one step at a time though?:p
CHAN?????

But to set record straight....PachAnko...is from La Reunion, France....which in not exactly in France...

Are you confused enough???

PS....how many records do you have in your collection (assuming photo in your photo in link....)????????????????????

Reaching out to the Pachanko / Diretta Gang.....who also have dedicated switch....and an extra ethernet cable

Could you guys pls give the following a try and revert with comments.
Patch all components, including Diretta, onto switch...
So, Port A and Port B of Pachanko each go to switch. (2 x Lan cables)
Then Diretta to switch (1 x Lan cable)

Preferably all cables shorter that 1m.....

What effect does this have on your system?
No right or wrong here....Just what you hear...
THANX

OK...you have our attention and now semi-drooling....what's the rest of the system?????
I can only apologise. :)

Analog:
J. Sikora Initial Line
Kuzma Stogi S 12 VTA
Transfiguration Axia (soon Grado Master 3 Timbre)

Amplifier:
Crayon CFA-1.2

Speakers:
Custom Manger (active below 130Hz w/ DSPeaker Anti-Mode 2.0 Dual Core)

Cables:
Acoustic Zen, Sine, Acrolink, Wireworld, etc.

I knew I shouldn't have asked !!! :mad: :mad::(:eek:

That is a system with very refined choice components...
The Sikora turntable and the tonearm....
I can see why you would go Pachanko-Diretta-Sforzato way.
A beautiful system, both analog and digital.

Only thing left to ask....when are you inviting us for sushi and Krug so that we can have a listen????????

Ron, I apologized for the late reply... Actually, there are 10 boxes before the Weiss DAC 501 Mk II DAC. R U Ready? o_O

(1) Pachanko Labs Constellation Mini SE, fed by (2) PLiXiR Elite BDC 12V psu.

My network gears include (3) Ediscreation FiberBox II Extreme (on another rack, I added a picture) that connect from my Wifi Router (Wifi router can also benefit from another linear PSU too) to (4) SOtM sNH10G standard switch with (5) PLiXiR Elite BDC 9V psu. Which fed to another (6) SOtM sNH10G Special Edition switch with (7) SOtM sPS500 psu. The 2 SOtM switches & FiberBox II then feeds the Internet to Constellation Mini SE. The (8) SOtM sCLK-OCX10 Reference master clock with (9) SOtM sPS500 psu feeds 10M clock to the sNH10G Special Edition switch and (10) Mutec MC3+ USB reclocker.

Music flows from Constellation Mini SE via the PL Stella Nano Silver USB cable & HQPlayer to Weiss DAC 501 MK II. I have PL's Stellar Velvety Ether LAN connecting Mini SE to SOtM switch.

Hope that I got another linear PSU for my Wifi router (11th box) soon. :D

Oh! And the Diretta Target will add another 2 boxes!!! Canarino Bridge DUB & a linear PSU.

Let me properly introduce myself. My name is Tommy, from Bangkok, Thailand. I now own a little hifi shop in Bangkok. Hifi is always my passion since college a few decades ago. But students are poor, so I only dreamed of good hifi system. Now I'm in the 50's so I make my passion a career by open my little hifi shop a few years ago. This is my small system today. I'm crazy about Naim vintage gears. (I have 8 Naim systems, mainly Chrome Bumper & Olive.) On my regular day, I stream music. I do own a few turntables, including almost top of the line Linn LP12, Garrard 301/1 grease baring with SME 3012R, Thorens TD124 with Ortofon arm. I do buy LP regularly. :D

Happy listening everyone.

I also have a Steller LPS on order to pair with the Diretta and my EtherStream2 switch.
Bryans...do I understand correctly you have the Stellar Gravity grounding cable in system?
If so, is there an audible difference? What was actual improvement if any? How do you have it connected (2 or 3 terminal?)
Really curious...

This is a follow up from my earlier post. In the meanwhile I had the opportunity to test at home (at different times of course and allowing ample time for all units to settle down) the earlier version of the Constellation Mini, the current version of the Constellation Mini with its matching Pachanko PSU and the Reference combination with Diretta target, in all cases against my current solution. It was that latest test that has convinced me to move ahead and I hope to be a happy owner of a Pachanko Reference server soon. Many thanks to Chan and the local distributor for their support during this evaluation process!

Hi Tommy - good stuff! If you have a well functioning NAIT2 please PM me :)

Yes you are correct, I do have the grounding cable. I have the USB end plugged into the back of my Masterpiece and the Ethernet end plugged into my switch. I have the cable plugged into the wall. The rest of my system is plugged into my Core balanced power unit.

To me the grounding cable removed some background noise in the music. I guess I should say notes in the music are more detailed. In my setup it isn't a huge profound difference but very subtle. Without a doubt I feel it is worth a try as I'm sure it all depends on one setup. I do have my DAC, Integrated Amp, and Stand grounded together.

Hope this makes sense.
