Negative show report posts... enough is enough.

I have 2 sons, both in their 20's. Flouride has been part of their dental care since they had teeth. Neither has had ONE cavity. Much better than me and my generation. Just sayin'. Now we are really off the rails!

As we segue to fluoride and tooth decay clearly Moses has just left the desert and given up the search.

Get's my vote for the weirdest post since the site was founded.

Not yours Joe, the one you were referencing ;)

I thought of a Henry Louis Mencken quote, "The cynics are right nine times out of ten."

I think we found that one cynic. :D

More like "Don't let the Facts ruin a good story"

This thread is so much fun--no I'm serious:p!

Let me share with you some breakthrough medical research I have performed on tooth decay.

For 40+ years, I had no cavities. I then start working for Microsoft and they had a basket of candy in there. With no time for lunch many times and back to back meetings necessitating trips from building to building, I started munching on them. A year later, had three cavities. :(

:D

Good try, Amir, but I think the thread has been completely derailed. It's probably hopeless at this point. :D

....about five minutes ago I read the above bit to my wife who has been a medical researcher for over 20 years.....she burst out laughing.....and followed that up with, " he really has no idea "....apparently the standard they used to represent has left the building some time ago.....not to say the standard is still pretty good but it is littered with all manner of scientific marketing ( that over the last few years have led to some real big medical disasters that cost medical/drug companies billions and billions in lawsuits )....

Cheers
Tell me about it. I mean who allowed Viagra to get through when it can have a side effect of it "lasting more than 4 hours." Exactly how is one supposed to go to a hospital and explain that? They should have made a reverse pill and only then get approval.

A guy with a significant amount of #'s in his little black book.

I am sure our suburban Philadelphia water would have saved you Amir, candy and all! :D

Amir

On the subject of the exhaust tips, they do that so they look prettier longer. Most car manufacturers do that today. With the outer pretty sleeve separated from the working pipe it does not turn blue from heat and the finish it easier to keep clean. Back in the day I replaced many under warranty for turning blue so that is the way the manufacturers fixed the issue. Its not a deception but a way for the manufacturer to reduce warranty costs.

On a true high performance vehicle you would not see such nonsense 1 because those guys know its normal and 2 they use a better grade material.

I got one of those little blue pills caught in my throat once. I had a stiff neck for days.

Thank you, I'm here all week...

You know what happens when lawyers take those...
they get taller!

That was humor people, no disrespect to any lawyers here.

This thread has done more wandering than Moses' 40 year jaunt in the desert.

... and for the very same reasons, some folks are just too stubborn to ask for directions.

You got lucky. See what happened to this guy:

Remarkably, Fiat has arranged to run this commercial right after Viagra's!
