Fun following the Russell Westbrook saga now that he's gone but remains in LA....

I expected Atlanta to be a force this year but have been disappointing. I was sorry to read this as I like Nate....

Hawks fire coach Nate McMillan

The veteran coach posts a 99-80 record with a pair of victorious playoff series in Atlanta before his dismissal.

It was only a matter of time until this begins to capture headlines........

The main difference between LaVar and LeBron is that LaVar uses his mouth and LeBron uses ESPN. :D

There was a reporter who asked Jason Tatum if he forsees his son Deuce playing with him in the future. He said, this is the first time the idea even came to his mind, because his son is only 5 years old. With ESPN , anything is doable, specially with the blessings of a Commissioner like Adam Silver. :)

Really. whatever you're smoking must be good tonight....o_O
Oh come on! He's an entertainer, not a reporter. And we fall for it because when someone says something outrageous and loud in sports or politics on either side (that they don't even believe personally) we still get irate and start clicking, and they make money. Maybe we should all focus on real basketball expertise from people like Zach Lowe and Amin Alhassen.

Celtics beat a very tough Pacers team in OT. I'm surprise that the Pacers are like a lottery team based on their standings now. They've got a lot of young talents, Mathurin and Haliburton and veterans like Miles Turner (who shot 8 3's tonight and 30+ points) and Buddy Hield.

I saw the last part of the game. The league has become so full of talent that on any given day anything is possible but in a best of 7 series………

Tatum still has not perfected his drive in moves as in reading the defense before he drives in. When he gets double teamed at the rim he makes a kick out pass often resulting in a turnover. That was evident last Finals and he's still doing it now. I was telling my son during the game that the likes of Bird and McHale hardly made such bad moves. He has still more to learn.

There were times when I thought Miles Turner was Rob Williams in a Pacers uniform. Uncanny similarities.

Melo is in Manila.

The guy has 28,000 plus points and is one of the 75 greatest players of the NBA.

Incredible game between the Kings and the Clippers last night. Malik Monk and Fox combined for almost 90 points to outlast Kawhi and Paul George in 2 overtimes. Westbrook may have found him comfort zone in this new team, 14 assists and 17 points.

I missed that one thankfully. What a slug fest for 2 OT.

Bg news however are the Bucks who remain red hot and on a 13 game win streak and only half game behind the Celtics. The East suddenly is tightening up.
