Patrick Beverly is one of those players that you only like when he is on your team - same as Matt Barnes in that respect. I was no fan of Beverly when he played for the Rockets but I do like his hard and gritty play for the Clippers.

The New Orleans Pel-Lakers beat the Phoenix Suns tonight in Phoenix 124-121.

Brandon Ongram led the Pels with 28 and former Clipper JJ Redick had 26.

I'm hoping for Zion to come back quick, to team up with the LakerBoys and maybe go to the playoffs.

Reggie Miller mentioned last night that he was told Zion is progressing well and the Pelicans expect to have him back mid-December. Look forward to watching him play.
