I thought the young Grizzlies deserved to win the game but the Clippers broke their hearts at the end and pulled it out 121-119.

Kyrie was a no show but heckled anyway by the fans. Kemba poured in 39 points for a win by the Celtics. Welcome back.
Each time the Clippers get a win with Kawhi on his own protocol is a bonus. There is such a thing as seeding towards the end.

I’ve watched every Lakers game this year and I’ve commented tthey play their best in the 4th period. Down 15 late in the third they rally to take the lead and hang on to beat the Pels in a very close game

Kyrie Irving, after being taunted by Boston fans with Kyrie Coward posters, fires back. He is not a man of few words, and words become deep with Irving, and words actually lose their meaning with Kyrie, like wanting to sign with Boston long term in front of their arena fans, and then wanting out, of getting out of the arena before the game ended. The flat-earther, or ex-flat earther speaks. And below is a mouthful from a 'Coward' poster' and 'Kyrie Sucks' chant.

“Think again, it’s a GAME, and it’s promoted as a Fandom experience for ticket buyers and viewers at home, while defacing who people truly are as PEOPLE. Then spat out all over these media networks as valuable food for thought while they actually believe that their opinions hold weight to real cultural leaders that speak and act for change.
“One big Gimmick with Some smoke and mirrors! I’ll always be the one that takes the stand and speaks on the truth every time though. A purposeful and spiritually led Life will always be bigger and more meaningful than any sports arena or any entertainment space.
“This GAME isn’t meant to be controlled and showed as a Drama, it’s meant to show the LOVE. Love for the Art is the Only damn thing that keeps the purist people in this Giant Sports/Entertainment Circus.

Well AD got the same boos last night. He looked tense at the beginning and missed some easy shots as the Pels took it to the Lakers for the first 3 1/2 periods building a 15 point lead Then AD came to life and took control. The last minute if okay let the Pels back in with 5 seconds left, down one and had possession. On the inbound pass AD intercepted the ball and the clock expired
AD IMO is MVP material however the Greek Freak still gets my vote so far
Lakers are 16-2 with their best start in 20 years. yet somehow I still think the Clipps will prevail as they have Harrel and Williams
Kuzma is back in form and KCP who was to have been traded in the off season is now a starter and doing well
one can only speculate what the Lakers might be if Cousins returns this year

The Bucks cruise to their 11th straight victory and are 1/2 game behind the Lakersfor best record in the NBA
Lakers could easily meet their match this evening when they play the Mavs at Staples. Mavs are definitely in it this year and I anticipate this to be a very closely fought game. Mavs have their big man Doncic who seems unstoppable. Mavs also have Seth Curry

Doncic is an excellent player and fun to watch. His Euro buddy, Porzingus, is a very good player but not in the same class as Doncic so far.

Harden remains unstoppable as the locomotive he is and scores 60 points in 31 minutes and sits out the 4th period.
The Rockets are also a contender now that they have Westbrook
I see this season as one of the best I can remember in years. So many good players and great teams. There are going to be spoilers and winners who emerge from the big pile. On any given day I believe any team can prevail over the very best. The question is can any team prevail in a 7 game series against the very best.
The playoffs this year will be big and I am betting there might be a few surprises at the end

Even though the King remains on his throne in LA as the team player's spokesperson, I still believe AD is the biggest difference for the Lakers this year. He is better than good as he makes shots that otherwise seem impossible. He is well grounded, humble and very unassuming. He is the future of the Lakers, not Le Bron who is 35 yo. It would be terrible to watch AD jump teams at the end of the season if things don't go the way he wants

The Los Angeles Lakers will enter December with the NBA's best record, a fact that does not shock Anthony Davis.
Frank Vogel's team won a 10th straight game against the Washington Wizards on Friday to improve to 17-2, equalling the franchise's best record through 19 games.
The Lakers did not make the postseason in LeBron James' first season in Los Angeles, but the acquisition of center Davis ahead of this campaign has helped transform the team.
Asked what he would think if he had been told the Lakers would start 17-2, Davis replied: "I wouldn't have been surprised.
"We know the type of team we have. And when we defend, we can beat anybody, and we have a lot of veterans.
"So when we're down, we're able to fight back and have the confidence in our schemes."
Neither Davis nor James were needed in the fourth quarter as the Lakers eased to a 125-103 win over the Wizards.
They finished November with a 14-1 record but there are trickier games coming up on their schedule, including a clash with the Dallas Mavericks and the in-form Luka Doncic on Sunday.
"We have championship aspirations, but at the end of the day, that's not what's here right now," James added.
"What's right now is our next opponent, and that's Dallas and they're very good.
"We want to continue to get better and better and have championship mindset every time we step on the floor."
