What footers have people settled on? Right now I am just using the 3 cylindrical feet. I haven't tried the spiked footers yet.

My Pacific is sitting on an HRS platform so I don't think I need to really do much. Just curious.
My Pacific DAC is sitting o a set of Center Stage 1.5 footers as is my Extreme and both are on Critical Mass Systems racks

I am using the stock footers on a Stacore Advanced. Have also used an HRS M3x to good effect.

Pac has no PX25 setting, so use 101d setting for PX25, AD1n & RD too. AD1 should also use PX4 setting.

Just curious to know what it supplies with a PX25 / RD in it Norman. I am surprised no one has posted the answer given how easy it is to do.

Given virtually no one uses NOS PX25 1.8A would be a good answer since that is the KR spec.

Yoda told me what to do. He went deep in explaining that 101d is 4.5v heater and there is a 10% tolerance and what is not used in voltage gets added to current.A mini auto-balancing function, not like the GG but with snuff "play" to compensate significantly. At least that is what I recall, it was months ago.

Well it is definitely looking like 101D is NOT good for AD1n according to adamely and dminches and I think it was Howie's problem with RDs too.

I had no problem with AD1n on 101d setting and I confirm that PX4 is good for 4683 and AD1. Goran runs his RD27 beautifully on 101d setting.

Stop saying amps it’s not correct. Only spec voltage to be measured. any tube less than 2 amps for the heater is ok providing a setting gives correct voltage. An example of not correct is 2a3 way to high in needed amps
Another is 6 a3 it nerds 6.3 volts max tube heater output is 5 volts that guy was lucky not to smoke the dac lol. if someone would take specs of the typical tube sometime one could then post suitable tubes.

It works ok in all his dacs but the heater is way under current. under heater amps is a tough goid n bad item. It makes tubes age faster but it can be reversed if corrected.

Big7 old is autobalancing like GG1. All fine with 6a3. Pac and GG2 are discrete 5 position settings...very different operating principles.

Good to know now that I have a PAC.
