Roon :( with antipodes dx 3

Hi.I have some strange problem,i'm using a antipodes Dx3 and of some strange reason roon tells me that the dx is in bridge mode with my dac and is playing the audio, how can that be?Can't play anything because i'm getting ip 127.0.0.1 so i guess that's why i don't get any sound.The worst thing is that i can't delete the dac as player that is connected via usb ,so no music here anymore.And by the way roon support sucks big time,not a single wordI did a reset of everything in my chain but still the same.By the way, everything has worked as supposed and this came out of the blue
Maybe one of you gurus can help me out with this.

Where is your Roon Core? Is it on the Antipodes server or externally?
