Thanks! Many things to try after the installation, even because the room is brand new and dedicated, thus I expect a long job to do to achieve the best possible sound. Anyway Aldo Zaninello will come to set them personally. Also the amplification is to carefully check for best synergy among my amps, McCormack DNA.2 and Crown I Tech series in addition to the new (for me ) high promising CanEVER AUDIO Malibran. I will share her my finding as soon as I made some listeninig.

I’ve just seen these and I guess your upcoming orchestra 2.9 will have the super tweeters integrated into the speakers like these?

So beautiful, actually I could easily have bought them but not the Maat if Aldo did this 3 years ago. You’re lucky to own them, fantastic stuff :)!

I’m very much looking forward to hearing them in Munich this year.

Actually I have bought the standard version thus no super tweeter and no such stellar xvover, but I have clear in my mind what I purchased and why. I also will attend at Munich High End shown on Saturday and Sunday, it would be nice to meet up at Aldo stand and share some talking.

I listened to the standard version and even under show conditions, I was blown away. Many audiophile friends here felt the same so I am sure you’ll still be very happy and pleased with their performance :)

Thanks! Indeed I consider myself very lucky, even to have a wife supporting me in this hobby

Happy Sunday with lovely music everyone :).

I received a batch of SACDs that I bought last week and one of these is spectacular with Haydn - Sinfonia Concertante in B Flat Major, performed by Pinchas Zukerman and Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra. I can’t seem to find this album on either Qobuz or Spotify, so it’s critical to have physical copies of favourite music available!

My system is almost done now and hopefully one day Aldo will come over with these super tweeters to complete the job. Piano and strings concertos sound amazing with lifelike presentation. Even my 13.5 years old daughter while staying in the kitchen told me that it sounds so real to her, and yes of course to her own.

Silvano, I hope your room for the Orchestra 2.9 will be finished soon and you can tell us about the wonderful journey with these speakers.

Hi Son, yes, the room is almost ready, currently the bricklayer is building up the a special new ceiling to integrate some powerful and hidden led light strips and a acoustic treatment. The last touch will be the covering of the wall behind the loudspeakers with real rocks for aesthetic purpose and sound improvement as it will works as diffuser due to its 3D surface. So I'm very close to listen my new Sgma Orchestra 2.9 at their best!

The word "almost" in your case sounds really reductive, anyway you're right, Aldo can do the magic anytime, for sure.

Quick sound check of my new Orchestra 2.9 in my storage room awaiting the dedicated room being ready in around two-three weeks

The McCormack DNA-2 really caught my attention once again, in this test it drives the Orchestra with impressive authority
