In your opinion. Every Furutech product I have tried has end up returned or binned. Cables, Tweaks and Power Conditioners. Would love to know what your system consists of.
Shindo preamp and mono amps. Brinkmann turntable. Innuuos digital. Mix of Audience Frontrow and Shindo cables. Furutech Clearline did not affect sound, or not enough to be perceived. Maybe the Shindo Mr T conditioner does a good job on cleaning the power. Now, the Furutech NCF boosters, NCF power strip and NCF RCA filters have all been positive. I am surprised about your experience. What your system consists of?

This is why I do not contribute much to blogs. There is always some frustrated persons with too much time. Never now if they are just unhappy, jealous, bored, or what. Man, just walk the dog, go buy your wife flowers. Do something about it.
Otherwise this was a fun conversation on a great product and innovation, the SDFB. And sold by someone, Mark, providing great support.

Hey, I don't chime in often, but let me say I'm grateful for your contribution to this thread. I'm definitely intrigued by the adapter you brought to our attention, and I look forward to more reports about how it performs. I hope you are not discouraged from sharing again in the future. There are those of us here on WBF (many, I suspect) who don't feel the need to debate every assertion but who seek out and appreciate these sorts of discoveries.

Thanks. That’s the ones I found muddled and returned. I noticed last night there is still one around and so will try again. I have until March 3 to see how many Extreme Piggys I can improve on.
That’s why I mentioned March 3, the 30 day point, which gives everything new sufficient time for burnin and comparative testing. Feb 3 to now puts all the new pieces nearing 300 continuous hours.

It’s important to remember that each of our appraisals is based on our specific systems, hearing/listening abilities, rooms, backgrounds with music and, ultimately, each of our tastes or preferences in sound. That makes new ideas welcome and general statements tricky.

I am testing the $10 adapter from Amazon. So far I am finding the bass and overall tone a little fuller and warmer than the Extreme Piggy, but the sound is definitely a little muddled, not as pure. I believe the Extreme Piggy may have rhodium plating, whereas the adapter appears to be brass, which could account for some of the difference in tone. It has only been maybe 5 hours so I’m sure the adapter needs more burn in, but if it does not improve soon will go back to the Piggy. Interested to hear other’s impressions of the AS adapter.
LuisMonreal did you use a Piggy tail before you got your AS adapters and can you describe the differences if so? Thanks.

I also found the Amazon adapter muddled, but didn't allow nearly 300 hours burn in. I'm doing that now in a separate wall socket, with another adapter as destination. Did you purchase this adapter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CT7HB42J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The text states that it is pure copper. There is nothing about about the connector material, although I would think nickel plating.
As for the Extreme Piggy, for some reason I thought the other day that the site said nickel plated, but I can't find that now. Did you ask Mark?

Yes, I used the piggy tail before. Without burn-in time on the adapter, I found the sound to be fuller and more accurate. After your question this morning, I did another A/B test. I always use Hurt from Johnny Cash American IV album. His voice is strong and the guitar distortions highlight details on that recording. Sound is clearer and more musical with the AS adapter.
