I run Qualio IQ speakers and am familiar with the handiwork of Grzegorz Rulka and Marek Kostrzynski of Poland. Some background: in honor of the passing of my father, who was also Polish and didn't speak English until the age of 5, and who over the years did numerous good for the Polish people before and after the Wall came down, Grzegorz and Marek specially crafted a plaque, in picture and words, on the back of each of my IQs to honor my father. They also gave me gratis, for each speaker, a five pack of color coded Mundorf copper-nickel resistors to fine turn each speaker's Mundorf AMT dipole super tweeter. I also separately purchased IsoAcoustic Gaia footers for the speakers; subsequently, Qualio changed their selling model and included the resistors in the regular model's selling price, and the IA footers in the newer Ultra edition.
I started hearing mention of "Vibron" footers a month or so ago, made by Virtual HiFi which is run by the aforementioned Gregorz Rulka. They're intriguing, especially in light of their ultra-competitive pricing (1/3 the cost of the corresponding Gaia IIs, shipped) and the 3D printing manufacturing process. Today I found out that 6moons has positively reviewed the Vibrons on the IQs, including comparison to the IA Gaias, so I'm sharing that review as well as asking if any readers have early experience with the products.
