Did you manage to collect all of these on disc or has your number of recent Vivaldi Edition posts revolved around streaming?

My favorite out of those remaining is the album below which I've just put on.

Concerti per fagotto II, vol. 6
L'Aura Soave Cremona, Sergio Azzolini

I mostly download these as flacs and burn them to disc. A few I buy in original CD format. I don't do streaming at all.

Naive's dedication to this massive project is both astonishing and wonderful!

Absolutely Fabuleuse!!! Bizet's Carmen featuring Solange Michel, conducted by Andre Cluytens. Remastered 1950 recording with the Orchestre et Choeur du Theatre National de l'Opera-Comique Paris.
All French cast, with a Belgian conductor and no jet-setting primadonnas/divas singing in tortured French accents. Quel joie!!!

Not so often encounter discs that have me jumping to immediately put something else on, only to sit down entranced by the time I get there, as many times as this one has. Fascinating enough of an experience I'm willing to try the rest of this cycle.

Fell asleep 6-8 times requiring listening to large tracts multiple times over two weeks. Quite honestly don't remember a note that played before my final push. :D

Interesting...big fan of Haydn. Which ensemble is your favorite for Haydn's quartet works?
The Takacs are certainly excellent. I also like the Amadeus Quartet and Quartetto Italiano. I'm not a huge Haydn fan, but I do enjoy his music.
