It has the look of one of those hybrid tube amps... maybe, uh... maybe a Moscode?
Shot in the dark: I'll guess Moscode 402Au
How was that?
Just reverse the images and add some noise - they will be harder (but not impossible) to find ...

An early version of that amplifier measured out at about 0.5% THD at full power FWIW. I'm not sure how he figured out to not ground one of the speaker terminals as that is a common measurement error.
Except for the overshoot, it looks like a 10KHz square wave output from a Shunyata Z-Tron cable.
