The administrators have assembled a team who each have knowledge and experience with the content they moderate. So, the moderator of a manufacturer's forum (for example) will own or have owned that gear, therefore knowing a bit more about it. The same goes for our music and other content forums. More moderators allows us to have a deeper bank of information upon which to draw.
