What turntables do you use? Pictures would be nice as well :-)

Congratulations, Francisco! That is a great set-up! :D

The 927 looks literally brand new! Did you somehow find a NOS?

Congratulations Micro. Do you have any photos of the rest of the listening room?

With too many pairs of monoblocks , preamplfiers and power supplies around there is little room left to photograph ... And the Eiffel tower is arriving soon ... :)

It really looks almost new but it is not NOS - I got if from Louis Dutch in Germany. He replaced all the wear parts and tuned it - I can put my hear close to the turntable and it is completely silent. The rumble figures are better around 20 dB than the values quote by EMT.

Did you have to drill new holes on the plinth to accommodate the SME base? (...)

I could have been more complete in my previous answer. The EMT hole is 32 mm diameter and the cylindrical SME bearing pillar has a diameter of 20 mm, so you can move the SME pilar by 6 mm each direction from the EMT center hole. Considering that the EMT standard for its 12" tonearms is a distance to spindle of 297 mm and the SME is 294.1 mm you can mount the SME tonearm in the SME advised position and still move it anytime -3mm/+9 mm without needing to enlarge the original hole.

I use a Basis Inspiration with a Super Nine Arm, and Lyra Atlas Cartridge on a Symposium Ultra Base. Phono-Pre is an Aesthetix Rhea Signature. Regards, NormBasis Stand.JPGBasis 2.JPG

That is wonderful, Norm! The Inspiration + Superarm 9 + Rhea I think is a fantastic combination!

My TW Acustic Raven AC with Black Night platter and triple motor. Going on twelve years of ownership with a couple of upgrades along the way. Tonearms are TW Acustic 10.5 with a Miyabi Carbon, SME 3012R with a Kondo IO-M and another SME 3012R with a Ortofon SPU 90A. In this photo I am using the Ortofon Cadenza Mono on a SME 3012R
