Confidence keeps it alive... but even with that the bottom is ready to fallout so long as wages are stagnant.

Missed the Brexit opportunity to get back in at 17000 - it only dropped to 17100 - and I hope for another dive :D

Dear andromedaaudio,

Everyone has an opinion.

The only thing which matters on this subject is how your own money is positioned? Are you net short? Net long?

I understand. That is interesting.

I am long some puts and short some stock indices and I have a bear put spread on TSLA. But the bits of hedges together are just a drop in the bucket compared to the longs.

With volatility this low buying some puts make some sense.

Oh don't try to make sense of today's 400 drop. Someone must have spotted a fast-approaching alien ship, or maybe the rumors that Sigourney Weaver found more eggs are true

No, not the Annunaki; these are coming from Zeta Reticuli, as Barney and Betty Hill had said.

Fed pumped money into the economy. Adding money with no value causes inflation. Rising water lifts all boats.

Welcome to Argentina!

And soon thereafter, welcome to Venezuela. Yikes!!!

Some of the real pressure will probably come from Italian banks as well as Deutsche Bank, the latter having a humongous exposure to derivatives.

Watch DB today.
