What's Spinning Tonight?

Johnny cash ' the man comes around'

Voice is still strong unlike the last album in the American recording series where you can hear his physical demise :(

BB King ' deuces wild '

Some great collaborations on this, although ultimately these sorts of things are a cynical money making device this ones worth having.

They're both coloured....RED (600 copies) and BLUE (400 copies). A standard black pressing wasn't issued as far as I know. They sound the same.

the blue looks real dark on my screen, esp at first glance. I think I maybe have 3 or so colored/printed lps; was scared off by past stories regarding extra noise. That said, IIRC, at least 1 of my colored lps is dead quiet.

Unfortunately I don't have proper lighting in my room, so my pics aren't always the best. Anyway, I have a good number of coloured vinyl pressings and haven't noticed a difference in sound at all. Maybe my ears aren't sensitive enough.

Does the colored edition sound as good?

I bought both versions as well, as was disappointed with the sound quality (of both). I'm quite familiar with the recordings, and I noticed it's kinda muddy, and not really as dynamic as it could be.

AFAIK, it's a digital recording...

The real deal...German (West Germany) CD pressing.

Big Yello fan here. Good for the body...human and speaker's boxes. Let it rip and dance till you drop. ...Girls in bikini and cocktails.

? If you have a good copy of this album, get it, spin it, and crank it up...to eleven. ...Then we'll talk...if you still have some in you. :D

I'm going back in time...when I was much much younger and full of energy...all around.
The music didn't lost its luster...it still is very addictive and shaking the foundations of my skeleton.
The electrifying power that is imposing on my blood vessels is like a dose of heroin under my tongue.
