Chris Isaak – Heart Shaped World -1989 original US pressing. brilliant album and the last of Isaak's 3 albums released in the 80's. at the time his music was dark brooding alt country with a tinge of pop sensibility and that wonderful voice. all 3 sonically are brilliant. After this he sort of became a little lighter happier in general musically but not as convincing imo.

 

Very Led Zeppelin like, though the first track I swore I was listening to Heart! Pretty darn good!

 

This one has that 60s to early 70s vibe to it. I kind of dig it.

 

 

 

Tomahawk – Tonic Immobility Mike Patton still producing great music after all these years
