What's Spinning Tonight?

I found an old-school solidsteel rack that needs a little varnish for my heavy turntable project. Now I just need to get six slate boards or solid wood, and then I can get started.
Someone had stuck car body tape all over it (for damping) and then removed it all with a hot air gun. The adhesive residue is easy to remove with the cleaner and sponge.20250611_094506.jpgIMG-20250611-WA0003.jpegIMG-20250611-WA0006.jpeg

I do , johan;)
The goal is to have everything finished by Christmas, but it will probably be sooner. A minor setback: the Studer motor controller didn't survive. Something new will be designed and built digitally using Arduino.

Okay - that sounds interesting. Are you going to build and design it partly by yourself. This Arduino, I can’t say I have heard of it/them before… but if you are involved, I’m sure it’s top notch..LOL.. :D !!
