85-73 Suns as the Suns are just too much for the Lakers LeBron playing on a twisted ankle .

Looks like I am going to have to admit that the Suns are really good, not just lucky.

Suns are without doubt the best all around team in the league. Lakers were like a fish out of water. This one is in the refrigerator. Suns up by 20 late in the 4th.

Ayton is becoming a terrific player. He is tall and lean. His hands are always above the rim .

And on Christmas Day Lakers playing the Nets . That will be a spanking by the Nets with the whole world watching.

It’s not that the Lakers sucked tonight but rather how good the Suns are. They are young, tall, fast and fun to watch. They play with great confidence

As for AD, a good friend and I were talking about him yesterday and he mentioned that there is no fire in AD's game this season, and maybe the last too. It's almost like he's content with having 1 ring under his belt. He had a lot of fire in DisneyWorld. But in the real world, he now seems to be stuck to his Pelicans' days. Is he close to his 'that's all folks' mentality or is he going to be his old bubble self? Many people blame Westbrook but AD has under achieved so far, even before his latest injury.

I've always like big agile players, and Ayton, Townes and Embiid are tops in this position.

I totally agree. I’ve said that here over the past few weeks. He’s going through the motions but doesn’t seem to have the fire he had 2 years ago. I’ve said I would trade the big 3 but who will want to pick up the contracts of James and Westbrook. However I feel it’s time to shop AD.

And if the Suns get really far this season, they were not just lucky last season, but I couldn't say the same about LeBron after the bubble title, because after that, he didn't win anymore.

Celtics beat the surging Cavs big with a strong game on both ends. Surprise to me is the C's signed Iso Joe Johnson to a 10-day Hardship Covid contract. And he hit 2 points at the end of the game. C's now have an oldie in the camp.

That was a strong win. The Cavs are a very good team

Clippers beat the Kings in Sacramento tonight 105-89.

Clips are 1-2 vs the KIngs so far this season, not good.
