Magico M7 2023

Not sure a pair of subs would be enough to keep up with the M7's bass output.
Magico Titan subs are designed to work with the M9s or the M7s.

Presume you mean M9s bass output. ie, M7+ dual Titan subs (4 x15" cones) would not keep up with M9s bass output.

I think the bass output from an M7 + dual Titan Subs would be different than the M9s bass output alone...ie, the M7 + dual Titans would probably create greater more immersive sense of venue because it is moving more air. But the design of the M9s might enable the articulation and snap/power of bass to be greater even if the overall scale/sheer raw power might be less.

M7=$375K
2 Titan subs -$64K
Total is $440K
So yeah, a much better value than M9

XV. 1. I don’t see a signature on your post. Someone told me that you are a dealer. If that’s the case you do know it’s appropriate to list on WBF that you are a dealer and not just say normal user, right?

if you are not a dealer, I apologize, but if you are then it makes a lot of sense why you have trolled me and other people for several years on WBF.

LOL - No I am not a dealer in any way. If I was, at least I would be getting a 50% discount.

Just a simple consumer and music lover that needs to save $$ to afford these exorbitant prices of hi-end hifi these days.

BTW - bringing up the ridiculous high priced of high end for discussion is not trolling.

Then sorry, someone told me that you were a dealer in Australia.

Thank you for asking me directly as whoever told you is clueless.

OK a dilemma
1 million budget
M9+ $250K electronics
Or M7+ $625K electronics ? :)
That is an odd dilemma.

Of the limited people I know who would spend $1 million for stereo, they would start with the M9 and $250K electronics and then if over time they realized they need to go over budget, they just go over budget.

Otherwise, they really don't have or want to spend $1 million on their stereo so they'll just end up buying an M7 and spend whatever they need on their electronics.

I wonder if the dealers can chime in on this.

It's all over the map. All customers are different, with different budgets, sonic requirements, WAFs, available rooms for audio, even if they are gazillionaires. I have several customers in NYC that live in $50M-$100M residences and within those "humble abodes" they end up with very small rooms that are available for audio.

I have other customers that live in a $300K home and have close to a $1M audio system.

There are no guidelines other than on audio forums. In the real world customers do the some crazy things.

For the industry yes ;) .

On topic i assume the M7 will be in munich as they are a lot easier to transport
I know nothing, but I would think that Munich will be interesting:)

There is even another category :

" Audiophiles " with no room / no system , the only thing they do is talk about systems on audioforums

And they're the ones who know the most and are free from error.
