Feickert claims that you should use the software to optimize Phase Angle in setting up your cartridge's azimuth. I'm a Adjust + user and have always, until yesterday, focused on equalizing the L & R Phase Angle readings as opposed to optimizing crosstalk. In a perfect world, optimizing one parameter would result in the optimization of the other; however, it's not a perfect world. I was pleasantly surprised in my listening session last night when I changed my approach and optimized crosstalk (although at the optimum crosstalk setting I was only off 12 degrees in phase angle).

Has anyone else use Adjust + to optimize crosstalk as opposed to the suggest phase angle? If so, I'd be interested in hearing your results.
