I would not expect an audio improvement with 18.2. Did Apple mention this? What version did you have before?
It could be the act of rebooting the ATV that improved it. I restart mine daily.

Was having TVOS 18.1. The 18.2 upgrade probably did a reboot to the ATVX. I never turn off the ATVX as advised by this thread to maintain video/audio quality. The audio improvement for 18.2 was observed over the 20 or so song list that are my daily favourites and the improvement is across the board Not sure any folks here have the same observations.

I just watched a Kaleidescape movie and then a film on ATVX. The K-scape fans don’t believe me but it’s true: ATVX has sharper images than K-Scape.
