This is Koa she’s my service dog and my listening buddy.
To me, all animals are special. I've never had a good relationship with horses, which I have to improve if I continue in Texas.
In the meantime, I'm a crazy cat lady. We have had Egyptian Maus for a long time. This most recent generation includes a brother and sister-bronze- which is rare in Mau-Mau land and a silver- the most common, but he's spooky white, like one of those Arctic Huskies. And a complete clown. Photo or two to follow:

Allow me to introduce Yoshi, a 20-wk old mini-Australian shepherd. Fun fact: the breed originated from Basque country in northern Spain. They, along with Basque shepherds, were brought to Australia to manage sheep herds, then some came to California to do the same. The American Kennel Club official name is mini-American shepherd. They did not originate in Australia.

We had an Australian Shepherd at one time. She was the most active dog we’ve ever had. She was the smartest until compared to our current Soft Coated Wheaten Terrior. He could give her a run for the money.
My wife and I joke that we own the dog equivalent of a Lamborghini. We’re making good progress with training (thanks to his smarts, not our skills) but he’s also a cocky, stubborn little guy who’s heading into adolescence in the next month. Should be “fun.”
Have a look at this and tell me that dogs just love to please their owners. Don't blink or you'll miss it
Had to say goodbye to my listening partner of 11 years yesterday. She will forever be missed and changed our lives for the good. Fly high my girl, and thank you

Saying good-bye to our four-legged friends is never easy. All we can do is give them the best life possible while they’re with us.
So sorry for your loss.
Dogs are the most wonderful companions.
She is beautiful. What a soul. My girl Rosey is now gone five months and there is not a day I don't think of her or miss the time we had together. It's getting easier and being grateful to have had here helps ease the pain of her loss. Peace my friend!
Sorry for your loss. They truly are part of one's family bringing joy, companionship and love. Mine past 2 years ago after 16 years; still miss her.
