To be fair, was just browsing Stereolist, and it was chock full of spam ads from counterfeit knockoffs watches, bags, etc.
That looks like a good site, Myles. Here's hoping they can get off the ground....A'gon's monopoly is NOT a good thing IMO.
No, it's them. I got it at the analog forum. My browser is perfectly tweaked. A dead redirect is on their end.
Even if it was Firefox related issue, it's still their fault because twice as many people used Firefox last month as used Internet Explorer. Even more used Chrome, but the site should be friendly to all three of them, plus Safari.

Audiogon and our suppliers provide this service "as is", without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness of use, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
Site Accessibility:
Due to the nature of the internet and network connections, we can not and do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or speed of access to this website. Billing and Chargebacks
Audiogon will only address billing disputes made within 30 days of the charge in question. You have 30 days to dispute charges on your account, all discrepancies need to be emailed to support@audiogon.com . If the dispute is not provided to customer support within 30 days from the original charge date, the member will be responsible for these fees. If applicable Audiogon reserves the right to pass through credit card charge back fee of $45 per incident assessed to Audiogon by the members credit card company. If the charge disputed is determined legitimate by Audiogon the member who has disputed the charge with their credit card company will be responsible for all charge back fees assessed to Audiogon as a result of the dispute. Audiogon encourages the member to email support@audiogon.com with any billing disputes rather than disputing the charges directly with your credit card company
Termination:
Audiogon, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this agreement, any particular service offered, any account, listing, or any user's access privileges at any time, with or without prior warning, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of the above terms, failure to follow Audiogon staff direction, failure to complete transactions, abuse of any methods, tools, or services provided, use of profanity, racial slurs, or hate speech and behavior un-befitting a member of the Audiogon community. You may terminate and ask to remove your account, listings, or other saved information at any time for any reason. However, Audiogon reserves the right to maintain a record of your activities after termination of your account.
General:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Michigan by Michigan residents. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Customer service
I have no experience in the area of Vicarious liability(liability for the wrong doing of others). This appears to be the terms of an adhesion contract(take it or leave it). Liability limits do not insulate possible tort feasors absolutely. They still have some responsibility to police their members and to act when misconduct is brought to their attention.
LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME DON'T ALLOW LIMITS ON LIABILITY OR IMPOSE THEIR OWN STATUTORY LIMITS.Check with you states Attorney General Office.

Unhappily they still block users mail addresses and prohibit email communication. I was very interested in a buying an item and gave-up because the buyer could not figure a way of sending me high-resolution pictures of specific details, something I consider of great importance in net deals.
You can easily email by making a counter offer or sending a message and including your email address as e x a m p l e at d o m a i n dot c o m (using spaces and words) and hoping the other party will get it.
They sent me a message recently saying that since i was a "dealer" based on my ads, I could and should take advantage of their flat fee for dealer program. I contacted them to ask if this was a fraudulent message, and then to say I've never advertised or claimed to be a dealer. They have a 'bot' that searched the ads, since one of mine said "I bought this new from an authorized dealer," that triggered the message.
Note too, that on various searches, the old A-Gon home page still comes up, but it appears to have current listings. I thought it might be a bogus mirror site, not sure- it is clearly using the pre-change over format though.
i had legit reasons for contacing a buyer through their private messaging and resorted to spelling my phone number and telling the buyer to text me. the word "email" and anything resembling a tel number will get your message kicked back. a'gon still got their fee on my honor system i could have dicked them out of it, they should at least have the courtesy to send the demand message for their fee when its marked paid and not the second its marked sold.
re paypal: they asked for my tax payer ID recently because i hit some sort of threshold with receiving money on goods sold (primarily from a'gon) and they have to report it the feds. now im only taking checks or wire transfers from here on out.
