Never seen this before

Interesting. The owner's manual only claims 60 watts and nothing else while these other jokers are claiming 80/140. Unless the output load is severely mismatched into 8 ohms, there is no way this thing can almost double its output power into 4 ohms. This is the provenance of SS amps.

Even my SS stereo First Watt M2 power amp outputs only 25 watts Class A @ 8 ohms and 40 watts @ 4ohms per channel. My big SS Aragon Palladium 1K monoblocks only put out 125 watts Class A @ 8 ohms; 400 watts Class A/B @ 8 ohms, 600 watts Class A/B @ 4 ohms, and 1000 watts Class A/B @ 2 ohms.
