New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

That was quite a shot by PG.

Clippers are getting the breaks so far tonight.

Still need to stop making those long, sloppy passes that result in turnovers

Long long shots are going to be makeable this era. What will be hard is the Jerry West shot. :D

They just showed Kawhi up in one of the luxury boxes.
Wondering why he doesn't cheer in the bench. Oh, he's stoic and doesn't smile much less whoop it up or wave towels.

Reggie Jackson is paid a measly $2.3m this season and he will be a free agent. Time to bring in the Brink's truck.

I agree. He plays like Steph Curry. Completely effortless and with great accuracy

Pistons bought him out so Clips were able to sign him on a team friendly deal. He has more than earned that contract.

Honestly wasn't expecting much from him but he has been a very pleasant surprise.
I kinda felt he was good when he came from the Pistons to join the Clippers 2 seasons ago. That's because I knew he had a 5 year $80m deal with Detroit in 2015, so I really thought he must be good to get that kind of money. And I read too at that time some veteran guard of the Pistons was not too happy because he felt he was better and was making less money. :D

And back to who are the ex-Pistons, Marcus Morris Sr. and Tobias Harris. As well as Drummond and KCP. these ex'es could have formed a starting lineup elsewhere. :D We can throw in Kennard who can come off the bench, :)

Hard to believe all of those players were with the Pistons and that team did so poorly.

Tobias came to the Clippers in the Blake Griffin deal. I wasn't familiar with him but he was good with the Clips and now with the 76ers.

I also thought Marcus Morris was a problem due to his legal issues in Phoenix but he's been very good, too. Kennard had me worried when he was traded to the Clippers as he sat ot most of the previous season. At first he was not good at all, almost afraid to shoot, but he has developed into a decent player, too - at least shooting 3 pointers.

One last thought - finally dawned on me that Booker isn't a very good defender. They try to hide him by having him guard lesser players. Could be wrong - maybe they are saving his energy for offense. He's pretty good on that side to say the least.

I liked Marcus Morris a lot when he was with the Celtics. He's a big brawny guy who can shoot, defend and rebound. Kinda like Crowder, who was a Celtic too at that time. And how bout Markief Morris sitting courtside to cheer on his twin brother, a Laker at that. Sportsmanship, and brotherhood combined. :)
