Truly unbelievable. The last gasp Lakers gave up a 26 point lead to the Thunder and lose to the Thunder 123-115
Thunder score 99 points in the final 3 periods
Lakers fall to 2-3
Westbrook tossed at the buzzer for poor sportsmanship. He's a whiney player who always scowls if he doesn't get the call he feels he deserves. He's over rated and past his prime
True, he was bad in the Bubble and worse with the Lakers, but as a Wizard he seems to be 'in the mood', playing very well now like he was for Doc pre PG and KL Clippers.

I saw that bit on Westbrook. Still I do not understand that unwritten rule that you're not supposed to score when you've a good lead with little time left. Like, who invented that?

Westbrook has failed miserably to catch on with any other team for which he has played. He needs to be number one. He’s not a good role player. Personally Id start Rondo at Pg abd bring Westbrook off the bench to run the second unit. He really can’t play third fiddle behind LeBron and AD. To my eyes he’s overrated and lakers are paying him almost $45M this year. I’d rather have Alex Caruso as PG over scowling Russ

Nothing can trump the total collapse by the Lakers last night as they gave up a 26 point lead and lost by 8.
Having said that it seems that all of the top tier teams are losing night after night. Nets and Suns lose last night. In the East what a refreshing site to see the Bulls, Hornets and Knicks in the top 3 slots and in the West, the GSW, Utah and Wolves in the top 3
JJ Redick is joining ESPN as an NBA analyst a month after announcing his retirement following a 15-year playing career.
Redick will make his debut as a studio analyst on Nov. 3 during the game between the Brooklyn Nets and Atlanta Hawks. Besides contributing to many of ESPN’s studio shows, Redick will also be an analyst on some games this season.
“After 15 years in the NBA, I am excited to take what I have learned on the court and be able to provide my insight and strong opinions about the game I love,” Redick said in a statement. “I am thrilled to have found a place on the biggest platform in sports, ESPN. Well if Perkins is correct Lakers need to win 68 of their remaining 78 games to win the 70 he predicted. The way they are going it will take two seasons ( or more) to hit 70 wins
Ja Morant is truly a super star as there continues to be upsets. How about the Grizzlies knocking off the previously undefeated Warriors last night in OT
The league is filled with great teams this year. It should be quite a season
And I just noticed the Knicks also beat the previously undefeated Bulls. In the East I see the Knicks as the sleeper team that just might surprise us at the end
Interesting to note the top 4 teams in the East and the West . I had to squint to believe what I was seeing. Season is young so predictions are impossible but all the top tier teams are mired in the bottom of the standings
Lakers at home tonight hosting the Cavs and as a life long Lakers fan I can tell you I d be shocked if this team is going anywhere. Too many turn overs and too many missed shots. Westbrook open there floor with James simply sucks as do the Laker so far tonight. Westbrook again continues to underwhelm
There isn't a team so far that has played the Lakers and with all of these future HOFers you'd think their opponents would plays with some trepidation. Bottom line is the Lakers are getting killed tonight by a bunch of young kids. The Lakers have no idea what defense is and these kids are taking the ball fearlessly to the Lakers.
