New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

Knicks looked good last night through most of the game against the Bucks however the Bucks hung tough and won it at the end

I like to see a Knicks team become a contender. They seem to be so close

The Bull OTOH have indeed shown they are a vastly better team than they have been for many, many years. It kills me to see the White Mamba in a Bulls uniform. Caruso energizes the crowd, They all love him. The Bulls knocked off Doncic and the Mavs last night so the Bulls IMO will remain in the mix in the East this year.

Westbrook last night was like the whirling Dervish as he sped down the court but invariably his passes continue to end in turnovers and his free throw shooting also seems to have declined. The Lakers continue to play no Dee and turnovers seem to let teams back in most games. Yesterday the Heat hung around because they were at the free throw line so much

Westbrook seems to have more confidence when he is the main point guard. Too bad Butler suffered a sprain in the first quarter. Herro missed some crucial shots and the Heat missed a lot of free throws down the stretch.
It was those missed free throws that made the OT period exciting as the game could have gone either way in the closing minutes

and finally the East is fun to watch as it is so close but at the end of yesterday the Bulls and the Wizards were tied for first. The conference lead in the East changes daily however in the West Steph and the GSW have announced to the league that "they are back" as they lead the league so far with a 10-1 record

.Clippers play the Heat tonight - hope the Lakers softened them up by taking them to overtime last night.

Just saw that Jimmy Butler only played 12 minutes for the Heat due to ankle sprain. No word yet on whether he will play tonight.

Clips are on a 5 game winning streak after a dismal start to the season - hope they make it 6 in a row.

I started to watch the Lakers game last night but turned it off. My mistake - sound like it was a great game.

Jimmy Butler won't play tonight against the Clippers - too bad, always want to see the best players on the court.

Markieef Morris out for the Heat, too.

Marcus Morris, his brother, remains injured and won't play for LAC.

Steve, I wasn't familiar with him either when he was at Dallas. But these last 2 games, he really played well for the Celtics. Nice background and pedigree too.
