Even from this Celtics fan point of view, something doesn't seem right in terms of his accomplishment as a Laker. Breaking Kareem's scoring record doesn't seem to be an accomplishment done for the Lakers, imo.

How ironic that the only news from Indiana is that they didn't draft IU stand out Davis who it turns out is the son (estranged?) of former FloJo era power forward Dale Davis. The only reason the news got outside of the state is that GSW drafted him.

They must be hired under minimal contracts because IMO Van Gundy and Jackson were terrific commentators. Doris Burke has been a color commentator for years. She does nothing for inspiration and Doc finally is out of coaching. Great tandem going forward
