The Art of the Disc, Reimagined — Now Shipping Worldwide

EMM Labs is proud to announce that the TXi Transport is now shipping worldwide. This new reference transport is a bold reimagining of the compact disc experience — designed to elevate physical media in a world increasingly dominated by streaming providers.

Crafted for purists, the TXi Transport is designed to deliver uncompromising performance. Every element is engineered to extract the highest fidelity from your cherished CD collection, reaffirming the emotional and sonic power of the compact disc.

Seamlessly integrate the TXi with our next-generation DA2i and DV2i converters via the proprietary EMM Link to achieve exceptional timing, precision, and simplicity. With RS232 control, your DAC becomes the heart of the system — ensuring an intuitive, unified user experience.

At the heart of the TXi Transport is the Meitner X-Power System—our latest-generation, ultra-low-noise switch-mode power supply, designed and built entirely in-house. It delivers exceptional AC ripple suppression, high current stability, and superior regulation. Engineered to isolate and shield the digital signal path from power-borne interference, the X-Power System ensures that every bit of musical data is preserved with absolute integrity from disc to DAC.
The hybrid transport mechanism of the EMM Labs TXi combines drawer-loading ease with top-loading refinement, offering a tactile experience that deepens your connection to music.

What a pity! As a long term owner of EMM labs gear I'm surprised and disappointed to see that SACD has been forgotten by the Canadian brand.
Ed Meitner was One of the fathers of the super audio CD ... His players are still among the best choices in digital audio especially for the sacd feature.
IMHO there's any economical reason for this choice.
Just my two cents
