From that photo it appears they decided to leave all the drivers individually adjustable and not have one control to simultaneously align them for a given seating position.
Yes, that is kind of cool but what if you just want to tilt the driver in the same plane but not have the driver enclosure move backwards as it must to reach the next higher step.

I wonder if Wilson dealers will be qualified to set up these speakers or if a designated Wilson employee will be the only one out in the field doing set ups for the lucky few. Jim Smith spends a day and a half for his RoomPlay service. This would surely take longer to get right. But I do appreciate the flexibility making this design perhaps more adaptable to various room types.
I love the open frame sides. Very cool and mechanical looking. And it reminds me of the original WAMM. The enclosure is a series of multiple enclosures around each driver all supported by a skeletal structure. Looks like the bass drivers share the same enclosure.
