Ordering a Bokrand Tonearm

After almost 2 years from payment for a 12 inch tonearm Alfred is out of contact…
I think Alfred Bokrand have abandoned us to our fate and he’s not looking back… I just can’t see who will trust this guy anymore…

Have you tried to email him directly 'zarkarch' ?
Believe, as some WBF people in this forum have had results with emailing him directly ?????

Are you kidding me? e-mailing him is the only thing I do in the last two years…
Unanswered e-mails from him lately…
I’m not the only one, there are a lot of other “unlucky” customers out there… they just quit from a non ending situation…

Maybe you and all the other WBF members who are in the same situation as your good self should provide this information to the local Spanish Police (I believe he lives (or at least used to a year or so ago) in the Costa del la Sol region), because what he is doing is 'fraudulent' which of course is illegal (i.e. receiving and keeping monies from people who have bought an item and not supplying them with said item that they have purchased ! )

Yep, same for me, 2.5 years since payment for two 12 inch banana tonearms and still nothing... @alfredbokrand is out of reach and I am without my tonearms...

That's terrible.

His Facebook page seems very much active, so he is definitely still around.

And what if every Waiting customer , let’s say waiting for more than one year, decide to cancel the unsatisfied order and ask for a refund ???
