BTW Frank, "minimize" with a z, and not a s.
*Ahem* Us Brits--you know, the inventors of the English language--spell it (and similar words with an "ise". What's next, spelling colour without a u?!

Ken Kessler gives the AF1 the cover and calls it the "best LP spinner in the world" in the June copy of Hifi News.
I understand that the air suspension can be disabled allowing use of the table on active isolation tables.

Does Ken compare the AF1 to any other tables? On the other TechDas impressions thread, there was a comparison between 3 or 4 tables. Could one of the new owners list which tables were replaced by the 5 or 6 new owners of the TechDas? I have only read about the TW AC3 and some Micro Seikis.
Can you buy this table with no arm?
It actually comes without an arm but in the US (Bob) and Japan (Stella Inc.) can sell you one with a Graham of your choice with a price incentive. They will drill you an arm board for practically any arm between 9 and 10 inches in the primary position and any arm up to 12 inches for the second position. One board comes free, additional boards for a very small amount (less than a hundred bucks each). Come to think of it, if you own multiple arms all it would take to switch between them would be 8 screws.
The Designer of the TechDAS Air Force One will be on hand at the RAVE Systems event in Kuala Lumpur to demo the turntable and answer questions. I will be there as well - and the system will include the Genesis 2.2 Junior loudspeakers.

Unfortunately, since we will be playing music, ASCAP would land on us like a ton of bricks......
That is an interesting question. If one is having a party with music, how is that protected?
