What are you currently listening to (Classical)?

Nice find. Settling in with this one after listening to about my limit of hectic music.
That's a strategy of mine too. I tend to go back and forth between complex, ultra-modernist 21st century music and the elegance and grace of the late Baroque, Galant and Classical eras.

This Brunetti album was just put on for a second time after causing no small amount of lament over the last act of personal volition unearthing a comparable release this appealing. Rarely however has so much good music passed through from as wide of sound worlds as this period under examination.

Manifest in decision to post this is how peacefully I drifted off to sleep as it played. While the depicted reality apparently bore down on island nation that it was composed in. Christopher Gunning, who is perhaps better known for his work on soundtracks, finished his second and his twelfth symphonies in the same time period.
