Your latest music purchase!

When I find music that is ridiculously priced I just add it to my Sooloos library via Tidal. The best part is many time you are offered Deluxe Editions with extra tracks unavailable on CD. The SQ is not an issue.
Good point. I have been remiss in not signing up for Tidal. Will remedy that soon :).

Peggy Lee and George Shearing - very nice swing from 59. BTW, a very good year ;)
With today's discount 20% off "Legendary Jazz Collaborations" from hdtracks wav 24/96 , only 14.38 usd.

You welcome;)

Very powerful. My German is a bit rusty but I was able to get about 90% of it. Thankfully it was subtitled.

Excellent sonically, dead quiet vinyl and terrific acoustic performance by Nils Lofgren.

I love Hagegard's voice, he's a class act!

I have downloaded quite a few of Stacey Kent's albums in the past year from Qobuz and her latest, which I purchased on its release date is superb. I have seen her live as well and will see her again in January. She is the real deal!

81 CDs...Remastered from original master tapes and released 2 months ago. Interestingly, they list all the equipment for the remastering which is fun for us audiophiles...Krell 600-watt amps and B&W 802 Nautilus among the variety of equipment.

If you like Stacey Kent you should check out Emilie-Claire Barlow, fantastic. Similar styles, Emilie is from Canada. Her CD "Live in Tokyo" is one of my all time favorites...

Like a Lover is my favorite track on "Live in Tokyo". :) Very good quality. I believe they have this in High Res and DSD. The label is 2xHD.

Indeed there are half a dozen on Prostudiomasters: http://www.prostudiomasters.com/search?f=artist&q=Emilie-Claire Barlow#x

I am not a fan of 2xHD though. They convert the digital masters to analog, run them through tube pre-amp and such, then re-digitize them into DSD/high-rate PCM! I just want the master thank you very much.
